Screenshot+ ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use Screenshot+, the following data is created and stored locally on your device:

• Projects you create (names, descriptions, settings)
• Screenshots you import and edit
• Your design preferences and configurations

Automatically Collected Information

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience:

• App events (e.g., feature usage, exports completed)
• General app performance metrics
• Crash reports and error logs

This data is collected through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service that does not track personal information or use device identifiers.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Screenshot+ does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your photos or screenshot content
• Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
• Location data
• Contacts or calendar information
• Browsing history or data from other apps

Photo Library Access

Screenshot+ requests access to your Photo Library for two purposes:

Your photos are processed entirely on your device. We never upload, transmit, or have access to your photo content.

Third-Party Services

Screenshot+ uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect:

• Purchase history and subscription status
• Anonymous customer identifiers

• Does not use cookies or device identifiers
• Does not track users across apps or websites

Data Storage & Security

All your project data and screenshots are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. Your data:

• Remains on your device at all times
• Is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Is not synced to any cloud service
• Is not accessible to us or any third party

Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Deleting a project: Permanently removes all associated data from your device
• Deleting the app: Permanently removes all Screenshot+ data from your device

Analytics data collected by TelemetryDeck is retained according to their data retention policies and cannot be linked back to you individually.

Children's Privacy

Screenshot+ is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can address the situation.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:

• Access: Your data is stored locally and always accessible to you
• Deletion: Delete projects within the app or uninstall to remove all data
• Portability: Export your screenshots at any time
• Opt-out: You can limit analytics collection through iOS Settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
